je profite du paysage avant que le rideau tombe

Ce matin la météo n’est pas désagréable dans la vallée où je suis, mais je suis entouré de nuages et dès que j’arrive à la cabane d’Aula ils finissent de tout recouvrir. La météo est maintenant complètement bouchée avec quelques averses.
Au gîte, je tombe sur une carte des Pyrénées qui est en fait une vision panoramique de toute la longueur des Pyrénées. Au début du voyage j’en vu assez souvent et elles me démoralisaient à chaque fois en me montrant tout ce qu’il me restait à faire. Cela fait maintenant un petit moment que je n’en avait pas vu. Je regarde mon point de départ à Hendaye et je suis du regard la ligne rouge qui symbolise le GR10. Cette traversée visuelle me semble interminable pour arriver où je suis aujourd’hui. Je réalise que j’en ai fait plus que la moitié. Cette vision me remplis de joie et pour la première fois je réalise formellement qu’il est clair qu’hormis un pépin physique plus rien ne m’empêchera d’atteindre la Méditerranée.

Weather in the early morning was quiet ok but after a few hours the clouds cover everything just like a lid on a pan. Once again weather is gloomy with little showers.
At the refuge, I can see a map of the Pyrenees. It is a panoramic version. At the beginning of my walk I could see this kind of map almost everywhere and they were horrible for me. It showed me how long the road still was. That is now a long time I did see one. I looked at my starting point on the Atlantic Ocean and then follow the red lane that represents the GR10. Then I realise that I made a very long way so far. Pretty more than the half way. I’m so glad to see that and I realise for the first time that now it is clear that except injury they is no reason why I should not see the Mediterranean sea.
