I didn't used any filter, thus the original picture was very pale so I had to saturate the colors in post treatment.
exposure 13 sec. I do agree with you in such a case, the more the better.
Captivating shot...my eyes seem to move with the water flow and off the page (screen), wanting to see more! Very unique scene and color blend indeed.

Lovely long exposure - you did a great job with the framing as well. I especially like the mist hovering in the background, makes it all a bit more mysterious...
